Individual email accounts have a default size limit, which can be increased on request within your plan’s disk space.

If your site outgrows its plan, or uses resources in a way that affects other customers, we’ll get in touch and suggest an upgrade – your website and email won’t suddenly stop working.

No. We copy your website and email to our servers first, test everything, and only then point your domain at the new hosting. Visitors and email won’t notice the switch.
Yes. Every plan includes email accounts on your own domain, with webmail, IMAP/POP3 for Outlook, Apple Mail and phones, spam filtering and forwarding.
Yes. Every website we host gets a free Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate that renews automatically – we’ve done this since 2016, long before free certificates were the norm. There’s nothing to buy.
No – shorter is safer. Your certificate renews automatically well before it runs out, so there’s nothing to remember and nothing on your site changes. And if a certificate ever had to be withdrawn, a short one stops working quickly instead of hanging around for a year. The whole industry is going the same way: since March 2026 no certificate, free or paid, can be valid for more than 200 days. That drops to 100 days in March 2027 and to 47 days in March 2029, so longer certificates simply aren’t available any more.
No. Browsers have supported SNI for many years, which lets many secure websites share one IP address, and Google has said the IP address your site is on doesn’t affect your ranking. A dedicated IP only matters for a few special set-ups – if yours is one of them, we’ll tell you.
No. Our hosting runs WordPress, Joomla and most PHP/MySQL applications. If you have something unusual, ask us.
